Under section 1798.120 of the California Civil Code, California residents have the right to opt out of the sale of their personal information. Unless you opt in to Personally Identifiable Tracking, the personal information that we sell is limited to Blyncsy IDs (which are unique identifiers we create instead of storing MAC addresses or similar device identifiers) and associated geolocation data. Nevertheless, consistent with California law, California residents may opt out of the sale of such personal information. Because we typically do not store your Wi-Fi and Bluetooth® MAC address information, we may need to obtain this information from you and to maintain it to effectuate any opt-out request.
